Teltech has performed several harvesting projects for our Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 carriers as well as enterprises and WISPs that includes extraction of resaleable and reusable equipment, including the recycling of end-of-life material. Teltech has disassembled cabinets, racks, and BOMs in order to harvest assets for resale/reuse and re-kitting. Teltech has harvested equipment from well over 20,000 cell sites over the past few years.
Teltech provides a full suite of E2E Logistics services focused on: Forward Logistics, Material Procurement, Inbound Logistics, Warehousing (National, Regional and Project Warehouse), Transportation (Including Freight Brokering and Transportation Management), Distribution (Long-Haul Freight through Final Mile Deliveries), Reverse Logistics (Claims, RMAs, Refurbish and Redeploy), Asset Management (Resell of redeployed and excess assets), Resource Augmentation (Order Management, Logistics, and Professional Engineering Services).
Teltech is a Full Service Forward & Reverse Logistics Provider and has offerings that include 3PL services, but our focus is on a much greater customer experience. We have asset-based capabilities in Colorado and Texas. and multiple proven partnerships with “Market Warehouses” and “Last Mile Delivery” within the continental U.S. Our partners have a history of supporting Telecom related projects and providing services that reflect true equipment inventory management, site kitting and transport for “Last Mile Delivery.”
Teltech developed our Teltech Asset Management (TAM) Tool as a web-based application to capture and track all field returns for a Tier 1 Carrier and it has been operating with positive feedback from the Customer for years. The most recent generation, TAM 2.0, allows Field Techs or Contractors to initiate the Returns Process via a smartphone, tablet or laptop. It generates shipping labels for the return material (RMAs), tracks the assets throughout the return process, tracks OEM warranties and repairs and OEM returns back to usable inventory. We are currently supporting volumes in the range of 3,000+ per month, however we have the experience and history to ramp to significantly higher volumes with minimal lead time.
For example, during a major network upgrade for a current Tier 1 Carrier, we were supporting return volumes of 50,000 to 70,000 per month and ramped the space and resources required to support these volumes in a minimized timeframe. We were then able to flex both to support the fluctuating volumes over a 3-year period to ensure SLA performance and minimize overall cost impact to our Customer.
All orders/shipments are tracked via transportation carrier tracking information within our order management system. We currently provide email push notifications for all shipments to recipient and order management desk, including operational leadership.
In 2019, Congress passed the Secure and Trusted Communications Networks Act, which authorized the FCC to reimburse certain telecommunications providers for the removal of Huawei Technologies Co. and ZTE Corp. communications equipment and services. To date, Teltech has conducted responsible, documented Rip and Replace services for countless clients.
The decommissioning process must be performed by experts and tracked for compliance to ensure systems remain secure, networks are not disrupted, and overall integrity remains intact. Destruction and disposal of decommissioned equipment is another critical priority. Any data that has been saved, stored, or transferred through these telecom devices is required to be eliminated to prevent uncleared entities access to the network.
Teltech Group developed a tool that simplifies the decommissioning process known as TAM 2.0 (Teltech Asset Management 2.0). Using Bluetooth technology and a user-friendly interface complimented by a mobile app, this tool provides the means to track and document the decommissioning journey from initiation to completion and is fully supported by Teltech on the back end. Teltech even has in-house recycling and refurbishment services so is uniquely positioned to complete the process without hand-off to another third party to dispose or re-use equipment properly, according to federal guidelines. TAM 2.0 is scalable, repeatable, and secure while providing thorough documentation including images, the ideal solution for rip and replace projects.

An Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) is an autonomous aircraft, such as a drone, and the equipment to control it remotely.
Yes, there are many software applications available depending on the problem you are trying to solve. Some of the areas that our next generation XTD-120 tethered drone solution can address are the following:
Our XTD-120 tethered drone solution provides virtually indefinite operation though we recommend periodic ground inspections during extended flight times.
Payload capacity for the XTD-120 tethered drone is 22 lbs. The solution has the ability to carry small cell radios, cameras, and much more.
Over time, we have provided a variety of trailer option packages and custom design options based on the clients’ needs. Trailers can have features such as heating and cooling, AC electrical, LED lighting, workstation and computer racking and 12kw generators. Rugged trailer options and roof mounted satellite communication systems are also available.
Teltech Group’s XTD-120 Drone System is designed to carry a large payload for extended flight times for telecommunications and cinematography industry applications. The tethered drone has transformed disaster relief providing:
Extended flight times are possible because the tether provides ample power to the drone and payload. Power transmission over a long, thin tether cable requires high voltage to minimize the current and hence power loss over the line. The ground power for the system is 230V and can be provided via a direct source or a generator.Teltech provides a Ground Power Unit (GPCU) that converts the 240V AC from the generator to high voltage DC. The Air Power Unit (APU) on the drone converts this transmission voltage to 50V DC to power drone and payload systems. The GPCU facilitates Fly-By-Wire Communication for Drone and Ground Control System (GCS).
Teltech Group understands how important Forward and Reverse Logistics is to maintaining a competitive advantage. With all of the steps involved in delivering a product to the customer, there is no room for error. Tracking and documenting the location and status of any item whether it’s to be warehoused, shipped, destroyed, or recycled is made easy with Teltech’s proprietary asset management technology, TAM ®. TAM is an app that clients can use in real time to monitor the status of their projects and products. Records can be pulled to provide official evidence of a product’s state, something especially useful for disposal of secure data.

TAM 2.0 automates and simplifies the process of equipment returns from the field for failure, excess, decommission or harvest scenarios and destruction or recycling while capturing critical data in real-time for compliance purposes. This is especially helpful to support Rip and Replace projects. Best of all, it lets field crews focus on field activities versus the cumbersome logistics of returns.
Teltech Communications was founded in 1999 with a keen focus on customer service and strong relationships. As a Native-American/woman-owned business, the hard work, dedication, and perseverance it took to succeed came with no surprise. That identified core values which are still the heart of our company identity and have an active influence in our day-to-day operations and every business decision.
Originally launched as Teltech Communications, a telecommunications equipment reseller working with industry leading broadband service companies, the business quickly evolved to include warehousing, asset management, forward and reverse logistics, professional resources and, most recently, “technology solutions,” which is our overarching way of saying, “whatever you need, we are up to the challenge!” Our diverse team of industry veterans has the expertise to transform broadband networks, manage assets, implement new smarter technologies, and provide alternative cost-effective solutions. Teltech Group has 400,000 square feet of scalable warehouse space in multiple parts of the country and has proven again and again we are especially skilled at expanding or pulling back to fit our clients’ needs on the fly. We are committed to making a difference in the communities that we live and work. We are actively involved in a variety of initiatives that positively impact Native American communities too. Our subsidiary GrayWolves Telecom, for example, is aimed at improving broadband connectivity in America’s tribal lands. Teltech Group has also focused on the need to provide high speed internet access to rural locations like Rio Blanco County.
Our Tethered Drone Solution has enabled temporary communications service in response to catastrophic damage caused by hurricanes in Florida, Louisiana, Haiti and Puerto Rico. Our main warehouses are ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certified and we are dedicated to the highest standards of quality for both technology and customer service. While others talk about quality and environmental sustainability, Teltech Group lives it. Our list of success stories is long, and our clients eagerly provide testimonials to support them.
