Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Lisa Hanlon is the Co-Founder, Executive Chairman and CEO of Teltech Communications. In this role, she is responsible for business development and strategy and executing the strategic goals and initiatives of the company. Prior to co-founding Teltech in 1999, Lisa began her telecom career overseeing OEM and strategic partner relationships in the secondary market industry. Lisa currently serves on the Board of Directors of the DFW Minority Business Council and is the co-founder of Women for Wounded Warriors, a non-profit organization that provides resources, support, and employment opportunities for spouses, family members and caregivers for our American Veterans. Lisa studied pre-med at the University of North Carolina-Greensboro and the University of Colorado-Boulder and is a graduate of the Tuck-WBENC Executive Education Program.
Jimmy R. Taylor
Jimmy Taylor brings over 35 years of leadership within the Telecommunications, Oil & Gas and more recently with the UAVs industry. He was an integral part of DataWing Global; TriStar Investors, Inc.; Goodman Networks, Inc.; Cotton Telecom, Inc.; Crown Castle and predecessors to both AT&T and Verizon where he applied his unique skills to developing a solid foundation for organic and transactional growth. As an executive with several start-ups, Taylor had a passion for identifying and developing untapped business opportunities in conjunction with people like him, who weren’t afraid to take calculated risks. His interest in technology, safety, emergency services and a personal concern over the environmental changes occurring today led him to Teltech, where recycling and developing green energy are key initiatives. Taylor is a licensed Broker, Certified Petroleum Landman and holds a BBA from The University of Texas, Austin.
President of Professional Services Staffing
Before joining Teltech Group, Dan Bujold served as EVP & Business Unit Head - Carrier Services at CSS Corp., after the acquisition of Glow Networks by CSS Corp in 2010. He oversaw the expansion of the business unit providing managed and professional services to major Telecom and IT customers and served as part of the Executive Committee for CSS Corp., a global technical support services company. Prior to that, as Co-Founder and VP-GM of Glow Networks, Dan was involved in guiding the sales and operations at Glow since 2000. With more than 25 years of experience in the areas of product development, product management, network engineering and network planning, he was instrumental in Glow Networks' growth. Mr. Bujold is widely recognized for leading teams to successfully deploy complex technologies while ensuring on-time delivery to market with a customer relationship focus. He also led a group of 350 people as Director, Wireless Engineering Operations-US Region for Nortel Networks. There, he was responsible for establishing and growing the CDMA Network Engineering organization for the new wireless technology. His team was instrumental in supporting the end-to-end engineering deployments for Nortel's largest order at the time for the initial phases of the Sprint PCS Network. Mr. Bujold earned a Bachelors of Computer Science with Honors from Acadia University, Canada.
Chief Operating Officer
Danny Wade brings 35 years of telecommunications leadership and experience to the Teltech Group. Wade joined the company in 2010 and in his current position, he is responsible for the overall execution and performance of Teltech’s operational activities. Prior to joining Teltech, Wade served as an industry consultant in the areas of Supply Chain, Organization Development, Strategy, and Business Development. From early 2007 through mid-2010, Wade was President and Chief Operating Officer for Goodman Networks and played a major role in Goodman’s growth and success from a $100M company to a $500M company during that period. Previously, Wade was Group Vice-President, Operations, Services & Quality for Alcatel North America. Wade is a senior member of the University of Oklahoma Industrial Engineering Advisory Board. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
SVPGM of Operations
John began his Teltech career in 2002. He was part of the Teltech growth phase that began with the lease of a 2,000-sq. ft. warehouse in Colorado. By 2012, under John’s direction, Teltech added an additional 180,000 sq. ft. for forward logistics, refurbishment and recycling activities. Prior to joining Teltech Group, John spent 10 years with Bombardier, a Snow Grooming Company. He was their District Sales Manager, covering Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico and South Dakota. In three years, he helped increase the division’s market share from 8 percent to 85 percent.
