Lisa Hanlon

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Lisa Hanlon is the Co-Founder, Executive Chairman and CEO of Teltech Communications. In this role, she is responsible for business development and strategy and executing the strategic goals and initiatives of the company. Prior to co-founding Teltech in 1999, Lisa began her telecom career overseeing OEM and strategic partner relationships in the secondary market industry. Lisa currently serves on the Board of Directors of the DFW Minority Business Council and is the co-founder of Women for Wounded Warriors, a non-profit organization that provides resources, support, and employment opportunities for spouses, family members and caregivers for our American Veterans.
Lisa studied pre-med at the University of North Carolina-Greensboro and the University of Colorado-Boulder and is a graduate of the Tuck-WBENC Executive Education Program.

Mike Meagher


Mike Meagher is the President of Teltech Group, joining the company in 2019. In this role, Mike is responsible for establishing the short and long-term goals, plans and strategies to achieve the profitable growth objectives of Teltech Group.

Mike brings over 20 years of leadership and experience in the telecommunications industry to Teltech, holding executive positions in operations, sales and finance for Ericsson and Nortel Networks. In his most recent role, Mike was responsible to develop the strategy and design the infrastructure for Ericsson’s Factory of the Future, leveraging 5G technology and Industrial IoT to onshore 5G radio production inside the United States. Prior to that, Mike was Vice President, Supply & Logistics for Ericsson Group Supply Americas, where he had end-to-end supply and logistics responsibility for an $8B+ Business across North and South America. While with Ericsson, Mike transformed the supply organizations in North and South America by leveraging technology and supply chain transformation to significantly reduce supply chain costs and inventory by over 65%.

Mike received his MBA with a Finance concentration from Southern Methodist University and his BBA with a Finance concentration from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Danny Wade

Chief Operating Officer

Danny Wade brings 35 years of telecommunications leadership and experience to the Teltech Group. Wade joined the company in 2010 and in his current position, he is responsible for the overall execution and performance of Teltech’s operational activities.
Prior to joining Teltech, Wade served as an industry consultant in the areas of Supply Chain, Organization Development, Strategy, and Business Development.
From early 2007 through mid-2010, Wade was President and Chief Operating Officer for Goodman Networks and played a major role in Goodman’s growth and success from a $100M company to a $500M company during that period. Previously, Wade was Group Vice-President, Operations, Services & Quality for Alcatel North America.
Wade is a senior member of the University of Oklahoma Industrial Engineering Advisory Board. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.

John McIlveen

SVPGM of Operations

John began his Teltech career in 2002. He was part of the Teltech growth phase that began with the lease of a 2,000-sq. ft. warehouse in Colorado. By 2012, under John’s direction, Teltech added an additional 180,000 sq. ft. for forward logistics, refurbishment and recycling activities.
Prior to joining Teltech Group, John spent 10 years with Bombardier, a Snow Grooming Company. He was their District Sales Manager, covering Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico and South Dakota. In three years, he helped increase the division’s market share from 8 percent to 85 percent.

Craig Freeman

Vice President Sales & Business Development

Craig Freeman oversees the company’s Sales strategies, developing new business opportunities and delivering solutions customized to customer needs. Craig brings to Teltech more than 30 years of customer-facing sales experience from the communications service provider on the wireline and wireless side plus extensive OEM sales interaction. Prior to joining Teltech, Craig held leadership sales roles for CSS Corp/Glow Networks, Goodman Networks and Genband now Ribbon Communications. Craig was instrumental in his sales leadership role at Entrisphere which led to the acquisition by Ericsson. Freeman began his career with Nortel and held various engineering and sales roles in his first 15 years. He has proven success in start-ups, turnarounds and client retention.

Fraser Pajak

Fraser Pajak is the former CEO of QuEST Forum and COO of TIA (Telecommunications Industry Association), a global association of companies dedicated to impacting the quality and sustainability of products and services in the information and technology industry. Fraser has over 30 years’ experience in the ICT industry. Previously, Fraser was the VP of National Service Infrastructure Support for TELUS Communications where he directed a team of approximately 1200 of the most highly skilled technical people in Canada. Fraser’s team took care of incident management, escalation, resolution, root cause analysis, change management and service performance for the wireline, wireless, internet and TV networks and data centers across Canada.

Bill Johnson

Bill Johnson is the President and CEO of ShalePro Energy Services. Bill has over 30 years of diversified market experience in the engineering, construction and field services industries. He has worked with both large and small firms. He has headed up various engineering, small project management, construction management and technical field services companies in the Oil and Gas, Environmental & Energy, telecommunications infrastructure, and utility industries. In addition, Johnson has extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions, having completed 16 separate transactions. Johnson holds an engineering degree with honors from the University of Florida and is a graduate of the advanced business management program at Wharton. He is a registered professional engineer in multiple states.
