Director of Quality & Sustainability

Calvin is the Director of Quality and Sustainability for Teltech Group.  For the past 25+ years, his career has focused on quality assurance and process management for companies in the broadband and aerospace industries for companies like General Dynamics, Pattonair USA, Triumph Aerostructures, and, most recently, CABLCON.  At Teltech, Calvin is charged with overseeing and maintaining the company’s QEH&S programs and certifications.  His background managing all aspects of compliance as well as his experience achieving TL 9000 certification support Teltech’s ongoing commitment to Quality. Calvin’s role oversees sustainability initiatives including minimizing how Teltech’s operations negatively affect the environment.  He also maintains compliance with industry Health & Safety practices, conducting staff training, and establishing and implementing relative processes and procedures.  Calvin attended Dallas Baptist University.
